Welcome to Tonielle Cleaning Agency (“Tonielle”, “we”, “our”, or “the Agency”). By accessing our website at www.tonielle.com or using any of our cleaning or property management services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our website and engagement with our services.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Residential, Commercial, Airbnb & Post-Construction Cleaning
Tonielle provides professional cleaning and property management services for residential homes, commercial properties, Airbnb vacation rentals, and post-construction sites across Jamaica.

1.2 Service Details
The specific tasks, frequency, pricing, and any special instructions for each service will be outlined in a written work order or service agreement prior to service delivery. This ensures clarity and alignment with each client’s unique needs.

2. Service Agreements

2.1 Work Orders
Clients are required to sign a work order or service agreement detailing the date, time, location, scope of work, and fees before services are rendered.

2.2 Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the terms specified in your work order. Late or missed payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees as outlined in your agreement. Please see our cancellation policy below.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Property Access
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to access issues may still be billed.

3.2 Utilities & Supplies
Tonielle provides cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Clients must ensure access to necessary utilities such as water and electricity.

4. Quality Assurance

4.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Privacy & Security

5.1 Confidentiality
Client information is handled with the utmost care and will not be shared without consent.

5.2 Property Security
We take measures to safeguard keys, access codes, and any other sensitive property details.

6. Liability & Insurance

6.1 Limited Liability
While our team is trained and professional, Tonielle is not liable for any damage or loss unless directly caused by our negligence.

6.2 Insurance Coverage
Tonielle maintains liability insurance. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance to cover any unforeseen issues.

 

7. Complaints & Disputes

7.1 Reporting Issues
Report service concerns or complaints promptly by contacting support@tonielle.com or 876-557-1177.

7.2 Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

8. Termination of Services

Tonielle may terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other valid reasons as deemed necessary.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation Policy

At Tonielle Cleaning Agency, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both our clients and cleaning team, please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below:

1. Standard Cancellation

  • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.

  • Requests can be made via our online platform, email (support@tonielle.com), or phone/WhatsApp 876-557-1177).

 

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice may be billed at 100% of the service cost.

 

3. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.

 

4. Special Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
